10 Things To Do for Improving Your Skin

I’m a life-learner and am always trying something new for my health. I think it’s fun to learn, experiment and see what happens! Of course, building up a healthy body is most important to me—getting to be 107 years old is my goal!

Please don’t think that I sit around drinking green drinks and snacking on kale all day. I wish I was that person, but I’m not. I love desserts and have a sweet tooth! My point is, while this list may make me look amazingly healthy, I am not perfect. (And yes, am totally aware sugar creates inflammation and contributes to the swelling and coloring in my cheeks.)

10 things I’m currently using and doing to improve my health and appearance of my skin:

  1. Drink 100-120 oz. water a day. (As a nursing mom, I need a bit more than the average girl.)

  2. Wash my face with organic FL grown and made moringa soap. I’m going to have a pop-up sale for this coming soon!

  3. Use Jojoba oil on my face. I’ve used others, it’s just current on my rotation.

  4. Use an at-home derma roller.

  5. Exfoliate with a Baiden Mitten every 3-5 days.

  6. Do face building exercises from Karina More.

  7. Use a gua sha tool.

  8. Rebound 100 times (trampoline light bouncing) for lymphatic movement.

  9. Take tissue/cell salts.

  10. Supplement Vitamin A.

There are other dietary changes you can make like eliminate dairy, sugar, and other high-inflammatory foods. I have done all those at some point or another. Life is a journey!

Hope you enjoy seeing what I do and take inspiration for something that you may have not tried yet. Let me know in the comments which of these things you want to try and if you have any q’s about it!
