Past lives offer us such a powerful place to understand ourselves. We can trace our energy back to an event or part of our soul's journey that has us now running repeated patterns or triggers us BIG time.

What prevents you from expanding? Expanding your ability to receive? Expanding your client list? Expanding your relationship with your spouse? Expanding your vision of what you could do with your life?

Have you space cleared your kitchen? I have a few times, but recently, I've noticed it finally clicked.

My kitchen used to be constantly in a state of chaos. I am the queen of using 15 pans to make a meal :-) And with a little one, you do what you can and sometimes that took me away from the mess mid-stream.

I was jamming out to my *NSYNC Pandora station and noticed that I felt different listening to the music. Before this ah-ha, the music would transplant me back to my teens where things just felt magical. I would feel have a sense of being on top, “being cool” (which I NEVER was—but it was that self-hope feeling, know what I mean?), and huge expansion.

Last week, I cleared out three times. This is not my norm most of the time. I honestly haven’t cleared out this aggressively in a LONG time. 

One of the ah-ha’s that came out from my week last week was about a long held perspective about past relationships—in this life time and previous ones.

Then when I went to the center of the earth, this was entirely different than anything I had gotten before; I saw crystals inside a kaleidoscope…

There are so many things to feel like we should juggle or master, aren’t there?

It’s hard to feel so optimistic or positive about it all the time. It’s even harder to stay with something long-term. 

We were sitting there talking, I was cruising along this interview. The vibe was good and I was in the flow. And then I had to pause.

Did you get everything off your to-do list last week? Me neither. (There were even days I didn't write a list, haha!) 

One of my long-time clients and a Clearing Journey momma asked me this really raw honest question.

"How do I bottle up the good feelings?"

I have always had a thing about my weight that goes far back as I can remember. I remember in 4th grade noticing how much space my thighs took up when I was sitting at my desk chair. In middle school, I went through the same insecurities that a lot of you probably did too.

There are a few times in our life where we experience concentrated expansive “spiritual growth”. (I use quotes because I believe that we are spiritual beings here for a human experience, so we’re not growing per se, but more like having a moment of massive remembering.) These growing spurts are called up-levels. 

Last week at library time, I was sitting next to a passing herd of children who were chasing a bubble machine being carried by the librarian through the room. As he weaved through the floor full of moms/nannies and kids, the kids squealed in delight at the sea of bubbles that were created behind him. 

The reality is that no matter how aligned, cleared out, or grounded you feel, there are going to be days (or maybe periods of life) where stuff just sucks. Things go wrong, you get triggered, feel lost on how to manage yourself, or just feel unable to do the right thing. IT HAPPENS.
